When you enquire, book a counselling session, order from our store, or apply for a role, we collect the details you give us.
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your city and, for orders, your delivery address
- Your academic history and study preferences
- Documents you upload to your student dashboard
How we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, deliver the services you have asked for, and keep you updated on your application.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on their own systems. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of what was paid, when, and for what.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with the universities you apply to and with the authorities handling your visa. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
